Fireworks – *Thursday, July 4th*
The real star of Frisco Freedom Fest is one of the largest fireworks finales in all of North Texas! This year’s 20 minute show will rival any in our area. Fireworks begin following the conclusion of the FC Dallas matchat Toyota Stadium.
Party in the Plaza begins at 4 p.m. and features a wide array of fun and exciting activities for families, or just about anyone who enjoys saluting independence by dancing in the streets with thousands of their closest friends and neighbors.
Join us for our opening ceremony at 4 p.m., featuring our local American Legion (Peter J. Courcy Post 178) and a military flyover, provided by the Service Air Corps.
Children and families will head straight for the Children’s Expo. Our plaza party also includes a Community Stage, featuring local entertainers, and Hometown Hero Exhibit, showcasing our police and fire departments.
The Taste of Frisco returns with Frisco restaurants serving some of their most popular menu items. The variety of fare is sure to please every palette. While you’re in the area, visit all the great businesses taking part in our Vendor Village.

Their mission is to enhance lives through community service programs and special projects to include annual scholarships to high school seniors, providing services and information to local veterans and supporting current members of the armed forces that are serving overseas.
The purpose of this meeting is to hear Officer Activity Reports, Committee Chair and Program Chair Reports, discuss any old business, new business and set the agenda for the upcoming Membership Meeting. This is not a ‘closed’ meeting and is a very good way to learn the Legion and position responsibilitie
A vibrant committee of engaged citizens actively developing and supporting community policy and programs that have established Frisco as a nation-leading, Veteran-ready community.
